Q) How long will it take to create my custom rod?
A) From acceptance of your order to completion of your rod is approximately 2 - 4 weeks.
Q) How long does shipping typically take and what priority do you use?
A) Shipping typically takes 5 - 7 working days for UPS ground. Other priorities may be used at the customers request. There are circumstances where special shipping is required because of length. These requirements will be quoted to the customer at time of order.
Q) What should I do if I receive my custom rod and it was damaged in shipping?
A) If at all possible, examine and open the shipping container in the presence of the delivery person. If damage is found, have the delivery person note all damage and report it to his/her company. If the container is not opened in the presence of the delivery person and damage is found, contact Andrews Custom Feather Rods via e-mail, phone, or US Mail with the circumstances. We insure all shipped items.
Q) Can I pick the color scheme of the wraps?
A) Yes, the color(s) of the guide and trim wraps are the customers choice. We have a huge variety of colors and metallics (including holographic!) to choose from and can wrap any combination you can dream up!
Q) Can you do a custom weave?
A) Yes, we do custom weaves. From the simple and elegant to the complex and abstract in your choice of colors. Let us know what you have in mind!
Q) This custom rod is a gift. Can you place a special message on it?
A) Yes, we can put a small amount of verbiage on the name/data imprint. Simply inform us of the verbiage you would like placed in the data tag and we'll make it happen.

Q) How long does the warranty on my custom rod last?
A) Rod blanks and components are under warranty by the manufacturer. Workmanship is guaranteed by Andrews Custom Feather Rods for the life of the rod for the original purchaser.
Q) I have a beat-up old rod that I dearly love, it used to be my Grandfathers. Can you repair it?
A) Contact us to discuss repair or restoration of your rod. Chances are we can repair it!
Q) Do you ship worldwide?
A) Yes, we can ship anywhere that UPS, FEDEX, or US MAIL deliver.
